I recently participated in a vintage sheet swap. Each person sent in up to 80 fat quarters of vintage sheets and they get back that same number of fat quarters. This is the second time I have participated in this swap and I love it. I always get fabrics that I have never seen before as well as some of my favorites. As soon as I opened my box this time I started pulling fabrics for this quilt.
I used a pattern from Camille Roskelley's book Simplify. I already have plans to make more projects from this book. For the backing I used a few extra blocks from the front as well as one of my favorite vintage sheet patterns. After it came out of the wash it is so super soft and cozy! It will be hard to let this one go, but it is available in my shop.
